A beautifully preserved example of 19th-century Italianate architecture in New Orleans’ Lower Garden District, the two-story masonry home features a classic side-hall layout, deep double galleries, and original details throughout. Built circa 1870, it has been thoughtfully restored as a refined, design-forward residence that honors its historic character.

Luna is a licensed bed & breakfast with an on-site caretaker who resides in a private carriage house at the rear of the property. This listing includes the full house, excluding the carriage house. While the property caretaker is available to support your stay, please be aware that reservations do not include breakfast or traditional B&B services unless reserved via our concierge team.
